This week, a “Change Management Training” was held at the Center for Civil Society Resources as part of a series of trainings aimed at supporting community initiatives and intensifying their civic participation, within the framework of the “Let’s Collaborate” project.
The training aims to address the challenges associated with managing change initiatives and develop effective strategies for their success. The training is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and essential skills to successfully lead organizational change.
The “Let’s Collaborate” project is implemented by the British Council in Libya in partnership with the Technical Cooperation and Development Agency, the International Development and Good Governance Center, and is funded by the European Union.
