The Center for Civil Society Resources

The Center for Civil Society Resources hosted the training sessions related to preparing facilitators for community dialogue sessions as part of the preparations for drafting and formulating the “Libyan Youth Document” by the Libyan Ministry of Youth. The document is expected to be ratified and approved by decision-makers in Libya.

The training sessions included topics related to facilitating dialogue and focus sessions, such as planning, relevant questioning techniques, and key skills that facilitators should acquire. These trainings aim to ensure an adequate number of facilitators in various regions who can actively manage the dialogues throughout Libya and contribute to the finalization of the document in its ultimate form.

The “Let’s Collaborate” project is being implemented by the British Council in Libya in partnership with the Technical Cooperation and Development Agency, the International Development and Good Governance Center, and is funded by the European Union.
